Ordering & Sizing
How do I choose the right size for my child?
We recommend using our printable sizing guide before ordering to ensure the perfect fit on the first try. Measure both feet (as they often differ slightly) and choose the size that corresponds to the larger foot. If you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing up to accommodate growth spurts.
Do you offer wide or special width shoes?

Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from our warehouse in Essex, US. Delivery times vary by shipping method:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): 10-15 business days via DHL or FedEx
- Free Standard Shipping (orders over $50): 15-25 business days via EMS
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship globally to help little feet everywhere take confident steps. Currently, we deliver to most countries (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas). If you’re unsure about your location, please contact us at [email protected].
Can I expedite my shipping?
At this time, we only offer our Standard and Free Standard Shipping options. We’ve designed these services to balance speed and affordability for our customers worldwide.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the delivery date. To be eligible for return:
- Items must be unworn
- Original packaging must be intact
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we don’t offer direct exchanges. We recommend placing a new order for the correct size or style and returning the original items under our return policy.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned items, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
