Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn footwear or items without their original packaging. All returned items will be inspected upon arrival.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include:
    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
    • The reason for return/exchange
  2. Wait for approval – Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  3. Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging with the RAN clearly visible on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship your return – Send the package to our returns center at:

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival), we will process your refund or exchange:

  • Refunds: Will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval. Processing times may vary by payment provider:
    • Visa/MasterCard/JCB: 3-5 business days
    • PayPal: 1-3 business days
  • Exchanges: We will ship your replacement item within 1-2 business days of approval. Shipping times will follow our standard delivery estimates.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items that show signs of wear
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Personalized/customized products
