All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking information
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you and your little one to be completely happy with your TinySteps purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process.

Return Policy Details

  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging is required
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Worn footwear or items showing signs of wear
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Personalized or customized products

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
    • Subject line: “Return/Exchange Request”
    • Your order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
    • Reason for return/exchange
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
  3. Package Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging with the RAN clearly visible on the outside
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center at:

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product)
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival):

  • Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval
    • Visa/MasterCard/JCB: 3-5 business days
    • PayPal: 1-3 business days
  • Exchanges: We will ship your replacement item within 1-2 business days of approval

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
